Project Description

Jimale Technical Services, LLC (JTS) provided construction management and administration services for Sound Transit’s residential sound insulation program (RSIP) design-bid-build contract. JTS coordinated with the project/construction manager and a team of architects and engineers to ensure quality controls for the program. The JTS services included providing a project controls engineer and residential inspectors to oversee contract and construction compliance. The overall scope of work consisted of project and document controls, construction administration including contract resources assessments, progress reports, cost estimating, bid evaluations, pre-construction services, contractor mentoring, change orders, submittals, work schedules, schedule of values, invoices, field inspections, contractor compliance and construction close-out.
